Located in the Nagambie Lakes region of central Victoria and with a history dating back to the 1860’s, Tahbilk has long been considered one of Australia’s most historic family owned wineries. With Riesling plantings on their Estate dating back to 1957, Tahibilk has a long held reputation for producing high quality Riesling.Â
The 2023 Tahbilk Riesling release opens with lovely lifted and fragrant floral aromas on the nose, leading to a palate with layers of citrus fruits, spice and vibrant acidity. As always with Tahbilk Riesling, this is ready to be enjoyed now however will develop further weight and complexity with time in bottle.Â
